Once the tenant pays the booking deposit and completes screening (background check and credit check), the host receives the tenant's screening result as a pass/fail status. Detailed screening reports are never shared with hosts — only the overall pass/fail determination. This allows the host to make an informed decision on whether to proceed with the lease.
